How Does This Affect You?

After January 31, 2025, our web servers will be deactivated and the desktop client software will stop working. To ensure a smooth transition, we're providing 12 month's advance notice on the website and in the software. During this period, we recommend transitioning to the new and improved browser version of MyNesting. We are here to help you with this process.

Can I Still Access the Service?

Existing users with login credentials can continue to use the old desktop version until the retirement date. However, we are not accepting new sign-ups for the desktop version. Credits and subscriptions can still be purchased until January 31, 2025, but credits will have a hard expiry of January 31, 2025. Unlimited nesting subscriptions beyond January 31, 2025, are not available.

Why Retire the Desktop Version?

MyNesting, developed over 15 years ago, no longer aligns with current industry standards and practices. The costs of updating the old version far exceed the revenue generated from credit and subscription sales. To meet the demands of modern technology, we have decided to invest in the next generation of MyNesting in the cloud.

Introducing MyNesting Online

We are thrilled to present MyNesting Online, a new browser version developed using state-of-the-art cloud technologies on the Microsoft Azure platform. This version boasts our fastest and most efficient nesting engines, saving both time and material compared to the desktop software. We are actively adding new features and capabilities to this version that would not have been possible with the old desktop software.

What does it cost?

You can try MyNesting Online for free for 7 days and then monthly plans start from just $49. If you only need nesting very occasionally then our day pass gives a full 24 hours of access for an affordable one-off payment of $25. Both monthly plans and day-passes offer exceptional value and allow you to nest and export several projects without additional cost.

How to Continue Using MyNesting?

To continue enjoying MyNesting, we encourage you to create a new account on the MyNesting Online website. Please note, your login details for the desktop version will not work on MyNesting Online so a new account is required.
